Professional Hearing Solutions is owned and operated by Dr. Dana Jickell. Dr. Jickell has her Doctor of Audiology degree and has been practicing in the field for over 25 years. She and the staff at Professional Hearing Solutions, are experts in hearing healthcare. We are excellent at fitting hearing aids and always provide compassionate care. We want you to feel happy and satisfied with your decision to let us help you with your hearing healthcare.

We are proud members of the Tinnitus Sufferers Group. Our audiologist’s expertise extends to tinnitus and cognitive function with relation to hearing loss. She understands the difficulties tinnitus and declining cognitive function can affect your overall hearing healthcare. We offer management strategies to help with your relief of tinnitus
What To Expect At Your First Appointment
When you come in for your first hearing appointment, we will have you fill out some forms about your hearing loss and hearing ability. You can fill out these forms in our front waiting room and our friendly front office staff will be happy to help you or answer any questions. After you’ve filled out your paperwork our audiologist will come out to greet you and bring you back for your evaluation.
Step 1
Introduction
We begin the audiological evaluation with a conversation. We will go over the paperwork you filled out and gather information about your hearing loss and family history.
Step 2
Testing
Then we begin the hearing portion of the exam. We will test what tones and frequencies you are having trouble hearing and determine what type and degree of hearing loss you have.
Step 3
Choices
After the evaluation we will go over your options for hearing aids. Our audiologist will explain the different types of technology available, as well as make a recommendation.
Step 4
Results
We encourage you to discuss your results with your family or friends before making a decision. We will never pressure you to purchase hearing aids, we just want you to be informed about your options.
